We are dedicated to delivering exciting and interactive fishing experiences on one of the world’s deepest freshwater lakes, ensuring every outing is unforgettable. Having served the Cold Lake community for six years, Scott Bulat can't wait to show travellers into the area and members of the community what this beautiful lake has to offer. Each summer boasts new hotspots, lots more fish, and amazing memories to be made and Bulat Outdoors hopes to bring that joy to each person that steps on the Skeeter.

With well over a decade experience fishing Cold Lake, I come equipped with firsthand knowledge of Cold Lake's specific trout patterns, years of mapped sonar, and the expertise to ensure everyone leaves having landed a beautiful laker of their own. While utilizing the latest Lowrance sonar technology on my 2025 Skeeter WXR, clients will be given all the tools needed to advance as anglers while enjoying a smooth, dry and safe trip on one of Alberta's deepest fishing spots. After years as a Charter Captain, I am positive we can make you specific fishing goals into reality.

Summering on the water in Cold Lake made offering charter photography a no brainer. With 8 years of photography experience, applicable schooling, and a desire to capture moments that last a lifetime Grace is excited to offer charter photography packages to the clients of Bulat Outdoors. Make no mistake, photography might be her profession, but fishing is her pastime! She won't hesitate to throw a line in the water and pull up a few lakers if given the opportunity.
